The Dubai Food Carnival is an international culinary event that represents the diverse and culturally rich population of Dubai via a fusion of cuisines, celebrated chefs, restaurants, retailers and entertainment that engages all age groups.
A family-friendly weekend, the 2015 Dubai Food Carnival will feature more than 80 exhibitors with cuisines from over 20 countries and will attract over 20,000 visitors from more than 90 nationalities.
Some of the Carnival’s key attractions include:
- Chef Dome hosting Celebrity Chefs, featuring:
- Silvena Rowe – One of Britain’s top female Chefs, passionate about the food in this region
- Tarek Ibrahim – UAE’s own award-winning and internationally-acclaimed Master Chef
- Sanjeev Kapoor – Top Indian Chef and Global Culinary Master
- Cooking Competitions
- DFF (Dubai Food Festival) Food Academy
- Live Music & Entertainment on the Main Stage and Bubble Lounge
- Kids Zone
