The showrooms have different sections for household goods. The second section is behind the showrooms and consists of 324 warehouses. The goal of establishing the market, backed by an investment of AED 600 million, is to ease the supply chain shortages that have impeded progress since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Yiwu Market aims to reinforce economic and trade cooperation between the UAE and China, with China being the UAE’s top trading partner.
