What is Sehri(Suhoor) and Iftar?

Iftar and Sehr are two important meals associated with Ramadan in the Islamic faith. Sehr is a pre-dawn meal that Muslims eat before the start of their daily fast, which usually begins at sunrise. This meal is typically eaten early in the morning, before the first prayer of the day, Fajr, and provides sustenance throughout the day while fasting.

Iftar is the meal Muslims eat at the end of their fast, after sunset, and just after the Maghrib prayer. This meal is a celebration of breaking the fast and is often a time for families and communities to come together and enjoy a variety of traditional dishes.
