The Bombay, the Northern Indian specialty restaurant of Marco Polo Hotel is a treasure trove of the most authentic Indian cuisine. The décor is earthy and the classical Indian music played by the live band completes an exotic Indian dining experience.
The restaurant was named “BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT” in Dubai by Time Out Awards. The Bombay was also invited to contribute to the world’s largest buffet on the 19th January 2007, a record attempt by Dubai Shopping Festival & Emirates Culinary Guild for the Guinness Book of World Records. It was also invited to create the world’s largest dessert buffet for the Guinness Bok of Records and of course the offering was wide array of mouthwatering Indian desserts. The wine list features only a handful of wines available at an affordable price, each one complementary to Indian spices and cuisine.

Annually, The Bombay conducts an average of five to six food festival promotions featuring food specialties from the various regions in India where food and cuisine are culturally immersed with the lifestyle of the locals. These experiences are brought to life in THE BOMBAY with visiting Chefs from India flown in to Dubai to offer the best Indian gastronomic experience for our local diners based in UAE.
