New year celebrations 2012 Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa with fireworks
Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa (the world’s highest observation deck) will celebrate arrival of new year 2012 with the distinctive fireworks extravaganza in Downtown Dubai. Burj Khalifa will host a stunning world’s largest fireworks display. Various venues in Downtown Dubai will also celebrate the New Year with fireworks and various activities.
The New Years celebrations in Downtown Dubai is organised with the support of Roads & Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai Police, Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Dubai Civil Defence, The Centre of Ambulance Services, Dubai Health Authority, and Dubai Media Incorporated and Dubai Events & Promotions Establishment.
Visitors are encouraged to be in Downtown Dubai by 10pm on December 31. Alternative parking with RTA feeder buses will be available at Meydan, Za’abeel Park and Dubai World Trade Centre, in addition to parking at various Metro stations.
