National Winter Tournament

National Winter Tournament, Swimmers, 2014 Event in Dubai UAE

The National Winter Tournament is open for all ages, where swimmers will get the chance to compete in this 50 meter race. Local and expatriate swimmers from different clubs are welcome to join in this fierce competition, which will be held at the Hamdan Sport Complex, the largest Aquatic Sports Centre in the world.

This event will take place from February 21 till February 22, 2014 and will kick off again from February 28 till March 1, 2014.

1. Winter Championship for all ages
2. Summer Championship for all ages
3. Arab Countries Championship for all ages
4. FINA Marathon Swimming World Cup
5. Asian Marathon Swimming Championship

WATER POLO

1. General League
2. League for under 15 years Junior
3. H.H. the UAE President Cup Championship
4. Open Water Polo Championship

The Open Championship is organized annually. Competitions are confined to only free 50 m for all ages.

Companies and other organizations may take part in this event in accordance with the technical committee terms.

UAESA also organises junior sports festivals to encourage participation in swimming. These events are open to those who are under ten years of age and have not participated in other UAESA competitions.

UAESA is affiliated with the following organisations:

2. AASF Asian Swimming Federation
3. GCC Swim
4. Arab Swimming Confederation
5. Arab Diving Federation

UAESA teams have participated in all competitions organized by the Arab Gulf Swimming Organizing Committee, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th GCC Championships for long distance, and Olympic Games from Seoul 1988 till Beijing 2008
