What is the aim of this project launch?
Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer, Acting CEO of Shurooq, announced the project’s opening to enrich residents and visitors to Sharjah with unique and attractive activities. It will also provide opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors to capitalize on the recreation and tourism industry.
What are the attractions and amenities available at Al Heera Beach Sharjah?
The Beach provides plenty of facilities like jogging and bicycle tracks, an equipped gym, recreational areas for children, cafes, and restaurants. There are prayer rooms for both men and women, an open space for seasonal celebrations, and parking for vehicles. Al Heera Beach also showcases art installations in collaboration with Maraya Art Centre. Additionally, it is home to the first professional skate park in Sharjah, known as the Kota Skate Park.
Kota Skate Park:
Dakota Schuetz, a four-time world scooter rider champion, has partnered with Kota Park to create a skatepark that welcomes skaters of all levels and different roller sports like skateboarding, roller skating, scootering, and BMX. The skatepark also features a pump track for younger kids under complete safety regulations and measures.
