Dubai Fitness Challenge 2025-1 to 30 November 2025
The Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) is a month-long fitness and health event in which you are challenged to exercise for 30 minutes every day for 30 days (30×30). The Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) has released a strong, redesigned brand identity that recognises its revolutionary influence on the city’s health and well-being. The news was made at a special meeting to honour government institutions, schools, business entities, partners, fitness facilities, and local communities for their contributions to the yearly event’s success.
When is the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2025?
The Dubai Fitness Challenge launched in 2017 under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai. The ninth edition of DFC will take place from November 1 to 30, 2025.

Dubai Ride- November 2
Participants will ride throughout prominent city routes in a safe, closed-road setting.
Dubai Stand-Up Paddle -November 8–9
Water sports enthusiasts participate in paddleboarding sessions throughout important waterfront zones.
The Dubai Run- November 23
It is the city’s largest community race, with residents of all fitness levels running down Sheikh Zayed Road.
Dubai Yoga -November 30
To conclude the challenge, a brand-new yoga finale will take place at sunset.
