How should I receive my Dubai Big Ticket?
If you have booked online, you will receive your receipt and e-ticket via email or if you have booked at one of the attractions, you will receive a physical receipt. On either of these you will receive a barcode per attraction.
What is the age rate of Child ticket?
- Dubai Aquarium & Under Water Zoo: Not applicable, same ticket applies to adults & children.
- VR Park: Not applicable, same ticket applies to adults & children however various experiences and rides inside the park may have age or height restrictions.
- Reel Cinemas: Not applicable, same ticket applies to adults & children. Infants (2 and below) go free if sitting on parents / caregiver’s lap.
- KidZania: Toddler (2 – 3 years), Child (2 to 16 years), Adult (16 to 64 years) and Senior Citizens (65 and older).
- Dubai Ice Rink: Child (under 100cm) and Adults (100cm and above).
- At The Top: Child (4 to 12 years) and Adult (12 years and above), Infants (4 and below) go free.
