DP World Tour Championship
The DP World Tour is a golf tournament played at the Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai, UAE. Dubai-based DP World is the title sponsor. It is present on European Tour Calendar. The championship was first held in 2009 leading 50 players in DP World Tour Ranking. The championship replaced Volvo motors, which was a similar event. The 2023 DP World Tour has an overall fund of $144.2M with new tournaments added to global schedule. This includes trips to Thailand, Japan and other countries. DP World Tour Championship. If they play in 15 or more tournaments throughout the year, members of the DP World Tour in categories 1 through 17 will be eligible for a minimum of $150,000 under the initiative.
DP world Tour 2023:
The DP World Tour 2023 has announced 39 tournaments in 26 different countries. Japan will also host a tournament this year. Korea will also host a tournament for the first time since 2013. Following player feedback, a three-week summer break has been added following The Open in July. In addition, the names and locations of several tournaments will be announced in the coming months.
