At six in the morning, the ritual got underway. Thousands more watched the live broadcast in the assembly hall and outdoor marquees, while hundreds gathered in the Abhishek Mandap and the upper sanctum of the Mandir. Devotees and well-wishers from all over the world, representing a variety of faiths and backgrounds, gathered, reinforcing the inclusive and harmonious attitude that the Mandir reflects.
