The line will have a total length of 30 kilometres and 14 stations. The line will be the third metro line in the city, after the Red and green lines. The project is expected to be completed and operational by 2029
Route of Dubai Metro Blue Line Stations
Seven stations will be elevated, including one iconic station. Five stations will be underground, including one interchange station; and two elevated transfer stations connected to the existing Centrepoint station, the eastern terminus of Red Line in Rashidiya; and Creek station, the southern terminus of Green Line in Al Jaddaf.
Where does the Dubai Metro go?
Red Line: Starts at Rashidiya, next to the airport and runs through Dubai from north to south as far as Jebel Ali. The metro stops at Burj Khalifa, the Emirates Mall, and Ibn Battuta Mall. Green Line: Goes through the most important points of interest in Deira and Bur Dubai.
