In the UAE, Eid Al Fitr 2026 is likely to be observed on March 19 or 20, 2026, based on the sighting of the moon. However, the UAE Government had already announced the public holiday dates.
Dubai Eid Al-Fitr 2026 confirmed public holiday dates
Dubai authorities have confirmed the dates of Eid Al Fitr holidays. Government workers will have a break from Thursday, March 19, 2026, to Sunday, March 22, 2026. They will return to work on Monday, March 23, 2026.
The private sector employees’ holiday will be from Thursday, March 19, 2026, until Saturday, March 21, 2026. Employees who regularly work on Sundays must return to work on Sunday, March 22.
