Qasr Al Hosn is an iconic structure in the city of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, has been the ancestral home of Al Nahyan family(1793) and remained as a royal residence until 1966, In late 2018 it was reopened as a cultural hub with historic exhibitions, new visual arts centre, an outdoor gallery, and artists’ studios. The place signifies the legacy and heritage of Abu Dhabi.
Qasr Al Hosn constitutes two major iconic buildings:
- The Inner Fort(constructed in 1795)
- The Outer Palace (1939-45)
