As the fasting month of Ramadan is upon us, here are some of the iftar deals for Dubai residents, catered to fit all budgets.

Meanwhile, do also keep a lookout, as several internet group buying websites such as Cobone and Groupon are also offering limited time deals.

Dubai Ramadan and Iftar Guide:

Constellation Ballroom

Featuring an extensive selection of seasonal favourites, Arabic flavours, and international dishes with an Asian flair, including a variety of sweets and deserts, Iftar at The Address Dubai Marina is guaranteed to be nothing short of memorable.

It’s priced Dh190 per person inclusive of juices, coffee & tea. Iftar buffet at Constellation Ballroom & Shisha at Shades is Dh250

Rosa Mexicano

Savoury choices of Ramadan delicacies and refreshing beverages will take your taste buds on a flavourful journey. It’s priced Dh89

Crowne Plaza, Amman Hotel

The daily Iftar buffet at the Royal Tent will be followed by the Jordanian comedy play ‘Fawda Khala’a’.

Qbara: A spectacular iftar menu with traditional favourites but with a modern twist.

It’ll cost Dh245 (inclusive of 10per cent tax), Dh190 (inclusive of 10 per cent tax) for group bookings (20 pax and above)

1. Sanjeev Kapoor’s Khazana!

Mark the spirit of month with this selection of iftar delicacies including Arabic, Indian, Oriental and Italian to choose from.

Starting from Dh89, kids five years and below eat for free. Kids aged between 6 and 10 are charged half the buffet price. Kids above 10 years will be charged full buffet price.

2. Citymax Hotels

Citymax Hotels in Al Barsha, Bur Dubai and Sharjah is allowing guests to purchase an iftar buffet and get double the value back in vouchers; all guests receive one free Funcity Play Area day pass worth Dh50 plus one free Balance Yoga session worth Dh75.

Alongside, come with four people and a 5th person eats free.

The buffets at Citymax Hotels feature a wide variety of Arabic, Indian and International  dishes.

From sunset to 8.30pm from Dh59.

3. Hues Boutique Hotel

A traditional iftar spread Dh79 per head and 20 per cent off the total bill for groups of six.

4. Al Bustan Centre & Residence

Enjoy special iftar menu with your family and friends and avail a ‘Dine 5 and Pay 4’ offer throughout Ramadan.

Priced at Dh95 (plus 10 per cent Service Charge and 10 per cent Municipality Fees per person) and Dh50 plus taxes for children between the ages 6 to 12 years old.

5. India Palace

Chefs at India Palace have been busy selecting ingredients and fruits, to include in a specially created iftar buffet, that aids in digestion, prevents acidity, keeps the body hydrated and helps flush out impurities.

Available across seven India Palace outlets throughout the month of Ramadan, the buffet will be priced at h 70 for adults and Dh40 for children.

From Dh100-Dh200:

1. The Majlis at Dubai World Trade Centre

The DWTC will focus on enhancing the spirit of this important occasion by inviting guests to experience Arabian hospitality at The Majlis, located in Sheikh Saeed Hall 3.

Guests can enjoy the traditional Arabian cuisine and hospitality in an Arabesque setting made up of a casual lounge area or majlis areas for more private occasions.

The daily iftar costs Dh140 per person.

2. Majlis Al Safinah at Jumeirah Beach Hotel

Situated within the Safinah Ballroom, Majlis Al Safinah offers a seating capacity of up to 400 guests, as well as eight elaborate Majlis areas with seating options from 10 to 20 guests per room.

The iftar buffet is available from sunset until 8.45pm; however the doors will open 15 minutes before the actual Iftar is served. At  Dh195 per person, including regular coffee, tea and Ramadan juices.

3. Diamond Ballroom at The Address Dubai Mall

An Arabian-themed, healthy international fusion buffet.

Iftar corporate packages start from Dh160 per person with early bird rates from Dh150 per person.

4. VIDA Downtown Dubai

Following their commitment towards cutting down on food wastage, the hotel has opted for a flavorful spread of traditional dishes in a delicious set menu  and not a full-fledged buffet.

Guests will be taken on an Arabic culinary journey, which includes a wide variety of saj, salads, appetisers, deserts, dry fruits and hand crafted beverages designed specifically for the Ramadan season.

From sunset until 10pm, priced at Dh170 per person for adults and Dh85 for children aged between six and 12 years; kids below five dine for free.

5. Lalezar at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray

Relish impeccable Turkish cuisine for iftar from sunset to 8.30pm.

Priced at Dh195 per person, inclusive of Arabic juices, water and soft drinks.

Children between the age of four and 12 years are eligible for a 50 per cent discount and below four years dine free.

6. Palermo Restaurant and Terrace at Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club

Savour a traditional Iftar experience in Palermo Restaurant and Terrace, which offers spanning views of the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club.

Featuring buffet concept including a selection of traditional and European delicacies, beverages, and desserts, iftar at Palermo is the ideal venue to celebrate with family and friends.

There will also be a Oud Player for entertainment too and a special kids area with a variety of activities to enjoy.

From sunset to 11pm, priced at Dh 165 per person

7. Symphony Ballroom at The Address Downtown Dubai

It offers an outdoor terrace for guests to step out and soak in the views of the glittering skyline, along with complimentary valet parking.

Corporate packages starts from Dh185 per person while the Sohour package is priced at Dh160 per person, with early bird rates from Dh150 per head.

8. Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Dubai

Indulge in the extensive iftar buffet for Dh130 per person. Guests can avail early bird offer that brings down the rate to Dh109 per person.

9. InterContinental Hotel, Dubai Marina

A traditional iftar buffet, featuring live cooking stations, and sharing platters served to the table along with a choice of fresh juices, mocktails and smoothies, will be served from sunset until 9.30pm

It’s priced Dh155 per head, and children under 12 enjoy 50 per cent off and children aged under four eat for free.

10. Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers

The delicious iftar buffet will feature traditional Arabic charcoal-grilled meat selection along with a range of Arabic sweets and Ramadan juices.  It will be served as per iftar timings until 8.30pm

It’s priced at Dh139 per person, with private group packages available for parties of 10 or more, costing Dh119 per head.

11. Ramada Plaza JBR

Break your fast at the Shores with an iftar buffet for Dh 149 per person, offering Arabic cuisines while enjoying live entertainment.

12. Reem Al Bawadi

The Reem Al Bawadi is encouraging customers to join them this Ramadan to experience an iftar buffet and add Dh20 to their buffet bill to feed a worker.

Contributions by customers to the ‘Give A Little’ initiative, be used to provide daily meals to labourers in the UAE throughout the month.

During Ramadan, the buffet will offer a selection of starters, dates, fruits, soups and traditional Ramadan drinks.

The iftar buffet costs Dh130 per person.

13. Seven Sands at The Beach Mall 

Experience Emirati delights at the recently opened Seven Sands, a restaurant featuring authentic local cuisine with a modern take, encompassing flavours from across the seven Emirates.

Begin the evening with a refreshing glass of Qamaraddiin, a drink prepared from dried apricot paste, followed by a hearty portion of Thereed, a Bedouin stew originally from the Arabian Gulf.

Then complement starters with Harees, a traditional homemade wheat and fresh veal delicacy or Aishu laham or fish or shrimp fouga.

Take note, the menu that is set to change each week throughout Ramadan, other appetizing starters and main courses will also be on offer, including the signature Kibbeh Al Bezar, which is baked minced lamb, pine seeds and almonds, infused with bezar, a spice native to the UAE.

Iftar is priced at Dh135 per head, and is complimented with pre-prepared boxes of Emirati sweets which can be taken for loved ones or shared with the less fortunate.

14. Constellation Ballroom The Address Dubai Marina

Featuring an extensive selection of seasonal favourites, Arabic flavours, and international dishes with an Asian flair, including a variety of sweets and deserts, iftar at The Address Dubai Marina is guaranteed to be nothing short of memorable.

An extensive array of shisha flavours, and a la carte suhour are to be enjoyed at Shades, from 8pm onwards as well.

Iftar buffet is Dh190 per person inclusive of juices, coffee and tea. Iftar buffet at Constellation Ballroom and Shisha at Shades is Dh250.

15. Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa

Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection’s Iftar buffet options are priced at Dh149, Dh169 and Dh189 offering a variety of traditional Arabic dishes to savour.

The buffets feature a wide selection of authentic Arabic cuisine, including soup, hot and cold mezzes, main dishes such as grilled chicken, braised lamb, chicken shawarma, lamb kofta and assorted grill, as well as traditional Ramadan juices and Middle Eastern desserts.

16. Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights

Sufra, the hotel’s destination restaurant will host a daily iftar buffet, serving up a mouthwatering Ramadan feast, with a range of cuisine from the Levant and Mediterranean regions.

The outlet boasts floor to ceiling windows overlooking Creek Park, providing a relaxed urban garden setting to celebrate with family and friends.

Signatures dishes will include Kousa Bil Laban, Roasted Baby Chicken with Freekeh and Seared Seabass with Sayadiah Rice.

The feast is priced at Dh160 per person and will commence from sunset to 9pm daily during Ramadan.

17. Grand Hyatt

2. Burj Al Arab

Descend the sweeping staircase of the  two-tiered Al Falak Ballroom designed in the style of an 18th century Viennese Opera House.

Imperium is also offering an iftar at Dh235 per person with a similar offer on kids’ dining.

4. Armani Hotel
